Do-Not-Call Policy
LAST UPDATED SEPTEMBER 14, 2026
This policy describes how PropTalon and the businesses that use its dialer handle requests not to be called. It is available to anyone on request and is the written procedure PropTalon customers adopt when they place calls through the Service, unless they maintain their own written procedure that is at least as protective.
1. Who is calling
Calls placed through PropTalon are made by PropTalon's customers — real-estate investors and their teams — to property owners, from telephone numbers assigned to that customer. PropTalon is the software provider; it does not place calls on its own behalf and is not the seller of any offer made on a call.
2. How to ask not to be called
Tell the caller during the call, or contact privacy@proptalon.com with the number that was called and, if you know it, the name of the business that called. You may also use proptalon.com/remove to have your property record removed from the Service entirely, which stops every customer from seeing it.
3. What happens to the request
When a called party asks not to be called again, the caller logs the call as "asked not to call," which adds the number to that business's internal do-not-call list immediately and automatically. Numbers on the list are blocked at the moment of dialing — the call cannot be placed. Requests received by email are forwarded to the business the same business day and added to its list; where the business cannot be identified, the number is blocked for every PropTalon customer. Internal do-not-call entries do not expire.
4. Guardrails enforced on every call
- Numbers on the business's internal do-not-call list are blocked.
- Numbers flagged as registered on the National Do Not Call Registry by our contact-data vendor are blocked.
- Calls are blocked before 8:00 a.m. and after 8:00 p.m. in the called party's local time (Florida's window, applied everywhere).
- No number is dialed more than three times in any 24-hour period.
- Prerecorded voicemail messages can be enabled only after the business attests, by name, that it holds the consent the law requires for prerecorded messages.
- Where a call is recorded, a recording disclosure is played before the call connects.
- Multi-line sessions are monitored for abandoned calls, and the abandonment rate is shown to the business.
5. What the business is responsible for
Each business using the dialer is a seller or telemarketer in its own right and is responsible for: subscribing to the National Do Not Call Registry and applicable state registries and scrubbing its lists at the intervals the law requires; maintaining consent records; honoring every request not to be called, however it is received; complying with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the Telemarketing Sales Rule, the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act and Florida Telemarketing Act (including any licensing), and the laws of every state it calls into; and training everyone who places calls on this policy. PropTalon's guardrails are a floor, not a substitute.
6. Training and records
Businesses must make this policy available to everyone who places calls through their workspace. PropTalon keeps the do-not-call list, call logs, attestations, and guardrail decisions for each workspace and makes them available to the business on request, and to regulators as the law requires.
7. Questions
privacy@proptalon.com for do-not-call and removal requests; legal@proptalon.com for anything else about this policy.
