Where BatchLeads is the better pick
For volume across many markets, BatchLeads gives you more for less: three users, thousands of leads a month and contact info on every saved lead without a per-trace charge. It also has driving for dollars and direct mail built in.
Where PropTalon fits better
PropTalon is for investors who work Florida and want the signals national lists don't carry: municipal code dockets, permit stalls, liens and tax deed sales, refreshed daily and scored on the parcel. The triple-line dialer and pipeline are part of every plan, so there's nothing else to wire up. See the Florida county pages for live counts.
Questions
Is BatchLeads the same company as PropStream now?
PropStream bought BatchLeads and BatchDialer in July 2025, and BatchLeads now says it is powered by PropStream. It is still sold as its own product. Our PropStream alternative page covers PropStream itself.
