How to read this calendar

Sales come off the list all the time. An owner who pays the taxes, interest and costs before the deed is issued cancels the sale, so the number of properties on a given day usually drops as it gets closer. Homesteaded properties have a higher opening bid, because Florida adds half of the assessed value to it.

If you want the full picture of how the process works, from tax certificates to surplus funds, read our guide on how Florida tax deed sales work.

Dates come from county clerk sale lists and can change. Always confirm a sale with the clerk before you act on it.
